Try pumping right after you get out of a hot shower!!!

Milk doesn't always come out right away when pumping, give it three minutes and make sure the suction is fully on your breast. Drink a warm beverage with no caffeine and also massage your breasts with a warm towel.

Make sure you have that little flap thing on the pump. Massage. Warm compress
