Underwear you don't care about! Take a few extra pairs too. The throw away ones the hospital gives you are fantastic but I only got two pair and I was bleeding rather heavy.

i got like the underwear type ones as sexy they are not lol

the heavy duty biggest pads lol.. I liked the hospital ones
