Can babies start to eat baby food at months ?? She'll be six months on the 24th of this month. I've been giving her rice cereal already. Just wanna know when other mommas starting feeding there babies food ?!

When did you mommy's start letting your baby's taste food? Taste is the keyword not eat. I have a west Indian background and we usually start to let our babies taste different foods early after 4 the month mark and then we allow them to start eating foods around month 5.
Is it necessary to start baby food at 6 months? I mean I know it's to get the baby used to solid food, but is that it? Have any of you waited? If so, when did you introduce it?

You can start whenever you think she might be ready.
Mash it up and thin it with formula or breastmilk, or cut it into chunks and let her try to feed herself. Up to you
