*****QUESTION****
my baby boy will be 2 months next wednesday. he drinks 4-6 oz of formula similac sensitive because he would forcefully vomit and spit up almost constantly after I brought him home, so I switched him to the sensitive, anyways well he still spits up quite abit, some times it's alot, sometimes it's not very much, sometimes it's curdled looking, sometimes it's just milky looking. he has been going back and forth with really runny poops to soft mashed potato like poops, he only poops every 3 days or so, he's kinda of a fussy baby always has been. he doesn't fuss or cry before during or after spitting up. my question is, is this all normal, or do you think he has reflux or something or should I just try switching to a diffrent formula. his 2 month app it next week, and I don't wanna take him in before that app. unless I absolutely need too. any opinion or advice is welcome. Thank you in advance.
Out dairy and her baby did better. There are soy formulas and hypoallergenic formulas. Talk to your pediatrician.
My coworker had similar problems, turns out she was cows milk protein intolerant, she was breastfeeding and cut ou
Yes those are the bottles I have I won't use any other ones I love them. I have thought about switching gim back to the advanced since he's a bit older now. maybe I will try that first. thanks for sharing your advice! @camdensmamma
My little guy had so many problems with spitting up, I was adding so much cereal to his bottles to try and keep it down.. He was on similac sensitive, soy, neosure, and spit up all and had issues with all of them. Just about a week ago I started him on the similac advanced and got the dr Browns bottles and no spit up since!
So, does anyone else’s baby spit up a lot ? I feel like he just eats to much/to fast . I switched his formula to the sensitive kind , but he only formula feeds before bed and when we’re out . And we’re not out a lot . But he spits up my breast milk too. I’ll feed him and he’ll scream like he’s still hungry so I’ll feed him more until he seems like he’s not but he ALWAYS spits up. Idk what to do . I’ve tried burping more often , switching my diet , everything .
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
My baby was on enfamil gentlease but he was throwing up with it so they switched him to enfamil nutramigen and hes throwing up a ton more with it like alot hes been on it since 9/20 what should i do?
my son has been bad spitting up, he's on simlac sensitive. is there something i can give him to help with the spit up?
So my son has recently switched formula, due to him being colicky.. the pediatrician gave us similac alimentum formula to try for a week.. this happend on Thursday, it’s now Monday he is better BUT the smell 🤢 #ohmygoshh it smells horrible & he has been spitting some milk out after each feeding... when he burbs he gags, and I don’t blame him... I hope they can give him another formula with the same affect but better smell cause I can tell he isn’t liking the smell or taste of it... he’s also eat...
Yea he's on similac sensitive which is soy based I think and it's not helping. I will talk to my pediatrician next week at his 2 month app. but was thinking about changing his formula to something for spit up or back to the similac advanced.
