I haven't even started a week for losing weight I'm just watching how many calories I eat and only drink water or milk or unsweetened tea cuz I have bad cholesterol the tea is good for me I was 181 last week on Tuesday went to albertsons checked my weight and it said I'm 176 today is it possible I just go to the gym on the treadmill for half a mile on an incline
Yes. It's very easy to shed water weight fast & early like that but key is to keep it off & keep up the good work! ❤️
