ok mom's serious question... my son jumped on my stomach pretty hard yesterday but I've felt baby moving since but this morning I stood up and then had to change my pants because they got wet. idk if it's fluid(I hope not) or if I'm just extra lubricated today but I keep feeling fluid coming out every so often. so how do I know if it's fluid leaking, it seems clear

@reyesmomma, I'm sorry to hear that! I'm in the very beginning of my 3rd trimester but never losses fluid with my son so don't know what to expect. I'm gonna monitor it for a few hours then go to urgent care thank you

I think your fine. I was in a car accident on the freeway and my baby was fine. your body is built to withstand things Nd protect the baby.

but laying down would be good. left side is best. many of my pregnant friends lost fluid. it's more common later in pregnancy in 3rd tri. but if your gut instinct says to get help defiantly get help. I know the hospital by me has a nurses hotline you can call to ask questions and to see if you need to seek help. I don't know where you are but maybe they have something like that there.?

lay on your side for 20 mins if you get up and you feel you can't control the fluid rushing out go to the ER right away.
