I used to do it all the time with my son... I would just put pillows on the floor beside the bed in case he happened to fall off by accident. But I would always sleep lightly if he was on my chest. I could never fully fall asleep bc I would be paranoid that he would fall off 😖

it's not recommended but I did I just created a pillow fort sound us so I wouldn't move to much
