after giving birth did anyone elses bladder just go to shit? its worse now than what it was when i was pregnant, if i dont run to the bathroom as soon as i need a wee i pee myself and its only literally come on like this in the past few days, anyone else?

same as me im so embarrased OH was on toilet earlier and i needed a wee so because he wasnt qsuick enough i peed myself right in front of him, he cleaned it up and got me clean vlothes whilst i jumped in the shower im so glad he doesnt laugh or anything xx @chesscalouise2 @lucyspear.

Okay I’ll be real and explained why I joined, I didn’t know I could be looked up or anyone would actually see this post, I was informed someone I know has been stealing pics and I came to look and see what’s going on if any of mine were on there or anyone else I knew. I just typed until it let me post since it was required before I could look around on the app.
I found that I was constantly changing towels and knickers but then doing pelvic floor exercise has definitely helped a lot! X
