I'd bring one, my hospital launders the clothing they use.. I didn't know ahead of time last time but luckily I packed outfits. They even changed him into one I brought for his hospital picture which I loved because it was so much cuter than the standard white onesie :)

@jgarciamua, thanks I didn't want to overpack but I will definitely use whatever they provide even if I bring my own lol
