Okay ladies!
So, I haven't seen my fiancé for 4 months up until yesterday because he's living in Indiana. we had sex for the first time since the last time I saw him, and it didn't hurt while we were doing it much, but now today I'm crampy and my lower body aches. I'm 18 weeks pregnant about, and there's no bleeding. Just not sure if it's normal to feel so achy :/

Yeah it's like when I cough and sneeze it gets achy and I'm just crampy now. The baby is still moving around and having fun 😁

Lol I've been wobbling around all day cuz I feel like we just hard core wrestled 😂 but he was gentle and nice because it had been so long

Sounds normal to me! Lots of stretching of ligaments during that time. I wouldn't worry just take it easy

yeah its natural... I didn't want sex at all for like 2 months around that time it made me feel so bad.
