nose bleed normal you may be becoming anemic if it happens often. I was having nose bleeds so bad when I went to the dr my anemia was 10 xs worss from being pregnant. I now take an iron pill 4 xs a day and still read a high anemia level.

as gross and as scary as it can be, nose bleeds are common in pregnancy..but if you are concerned you should always consult your dr :)

Also because it's all connected it makes sense u spit up some it's probably dripping down your throat

Bloody noses is very normal and common during pregnancy

You should probably contact your OB or pediatrician
