Your body makes what your baby needs. I don't think it's possible to make your milk fattier.

Coconut oil can make it thicker but your milk is perfect for your baby my milk has a thin amount of fat but my little one has gotten so chubby from it and I ebf!

@mariahje, if your little one is emptying enough poop and pee diapers you should be fine but i saw a post on fancy pumpers it's a breastfeeding page where a women added coconut oil to her diet 2-3 tbsp and her milk was very fatty when she pumped it I would try that and see if it helps also make sure your little one is getting more hindmilk versus foremilk
