During the day I have visually no breast milk to offer. However I wake up in the middle of the night and my breasts and so full they are unbearable.
Because I have to be on mental health medication after birth I am unable to breastfeed😔 what are some good formulas for babies? I know breast is best but I can’t be on the medication I need and breast feed.
I need to find a breast pump that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. :(

Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed my other 2, is it uncomfortable also how is pumping out milk????? For bottle feeds is the pump uncomfortable... I would normally just breast feed and not pump when home but I do drive so when I’m out and can’t stop I’ll have to use a bottle...I remember trying to breast feed my youngest and I keeped getting milk ducts why was that??? I think that’s why I gave up as I was scared lol

You don't run out of milk unless you try to dry it up on purpose. Pump after feeding during the day, drink water, and relax :) Your body knows what it's doing
