if you drink alcohol when your breastfeeding does the baby get affected I had somebody asked me that and I'm not for sure

If you get shit faced wasted then yes it does. But if you just have a drink or two you should be good. The rule of thumb is good to drive or take care of your baby then you're good to breastfeed. They also sell test strip for your milk to help you determine if your good or not
