I'm starting to get extremely discouraged from breastfeeding because I feel like I'm just starting to produce less and…

I always notice an increase in mine when I have oatmeal in the morning! (with tons of brown sugar so I can get it down) and also when I drink slot of water!!! Goodluck momma and just remember as long as your baby is fed that's what's important! I had to stop breastfeeding with my daughter early due to weight gain issues and I was very upset and discouraged at first but my daughter is now 16months and perfectly healthy! If breastfeedimg is causing you to be discouraged or stressed out then it's okay to stop! you being happy, positive, and strong around your baby is far more important than the type of milk keeping her full!!!

@chelsnicole no side effects from fenugreek. only took 3 a day but I did quit because I got too much milk.

fenugreek supplement and I drink about 3 liters of water a day and it helped out A LOT

You didn't have any side effects to the supplement? I've read that there are quite a few. @kambam

try fenugreek supplement. it helped me. just try to get her to suckle as much as possible. I dont really believe in pumping unless you have to.
