Mine took 6 weeks to completely be gone.

I honestly don't know how many I have I think it's only a couple... it's not a perineum tear it's a tear down the side of my vagina. I'm no longer sore down there just kinda sensitive and itchy lol. I've been using tucks and all that already it helps for the most part. @jacesterlingsmommy

I only had 2 so luckily mine weren't bad at all. Sitz baths helped me alot. The main thing was that I just felt sore and "stretched" lol. If that makes sense. Tucks pads and the spray were a lifesaver. Itching means they are healing though! 😊

@jacesterlingsmommy, I'm on week 4 and they are still there and are still itchy as all get out!!!
