So last night I fell down my stairs landing right on my belly and hip and its super bruised I went to Er and they said pelvic rest and tylenol and heist compress and did ultrasounds and said everything looks okay so far I go back this week to my ob for a second ultrasound just to keep a eye on everything make sire babies still fine but I feel so guilty and can't stop crying and worrying and in still crampy and really achey. Has anyone ever expiercend something similar ..howd it turn out because I'm only going on 16 weeks and seriously freaking out. ..

Aww I'm sorry that sounds really scary. That's how I felt when I was in a car accident at 25 weeks I was so scared. I hope your baby is doing well try not to worry that can make it worse if you stress. I know it's hard but think positive.
I have I called my ob. today he said rest and call Tuesday because of labor day to come in for another ultrasound

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
