So the preggie daily post yesterday "the secret to great baby sleep" is SO true. A solid routine. I do the same stuff with my LO everyday at the same time like clock work. She is almost 6 months old, & sleeps 12 hours at night. It's such a game changer & she's so much happier ☺️
