Ladies, I am really interested in Gina Ford routine. It's my first child and I haven't got a clue what to do. This seems like great routine which you just follow... any of you followed her or going to do?

it's very interesting. I have read it now @clairee @sara-lou I'm reading some parts again and again to remember. it's very educational. but my friend told me to take it lightly and not to kill myself if the baby is not settling following to routine. I'm going to try it. my husband is up for it too.
Never heard of it. What's the routine meant to be? I was very pro-routine before children but have actually been quite laid back & just followed their lead. Some mothers swear by routine. I guess it depends how baby is... Is it an interesting read? @summerbelle

Clearly, no one is a perfect parent nor do we know everything. But what’s something you judge a parent off of or just irks you?
What do you ladies think about this? A teacher wrote this on a five year old kindergarten students puzzle. Inappropriate? Justified? Would you consider this bullying? And yes this is real! This was posted on a local page I follow on Facebook.
Your friends right @summerbelle books & theories are all well & good but babies don't always follow them so it's always good to be flexible & open minded. The most routine I've put in place so far is bedtime which works most nights but still get the odd night Max doesn't play along lol
