Any moms out there have some tips on lower back pain & what's helped you? My uterus is retroverted so baby is further back, starting to get bad back pain π now that I can't sleep on my back I'm not sure what else to help relieve it.
use a belly band as support and do some stretches.. heating pad is a good idea too
A heating pad works nice. They say not to use one, but as long as it doesn't change your core temperature, you can use one as needed.
There's a type of yoga that supposedly helps. I haven't tried it.
A belly band (like the belly bandit upsie belly) helped me and when it got really bad I started acupuncture and that's helped a TON.
