I had problem sleeping till I figured out something hehe if I get my body to get tired enough I can go to sleep so fast ! so,that's what I been Doing before I go to sleep work out my legs and arms being a little more active and trust me for a person with spine problems it's hard but I do it an it helps a lot also I drink milk :) for my tummy
