So, I was added to a breastfeeding group on Facebook. Pregnant mom's, post partum and so on..same as this app but a huge group. I made a post saying if any mommas post partum or otherwise wanted to pm me about health, nutrition and fitness to feel free...my post got deleted as it was considered soliciting. I totally get why but I couldn't help but feel a little frustrated. I'm not working under a big company or posting constantly on this group, harassing or anything else. I just saw a lot of women asking about nutritional advice and exercising advice so I thought it would be okay. I made an apology post and that too got deleted. I'm just a little frustrated because it is so hard for trainers who are working for themselves to help people as it is and in my innocent, mom brain, that's all I meant to do. Not solicit, upset, or annoy. just venting here...I've had a very long and kinda frustrating day/week/month lol.
@kambam I do have it and I market on there but people only buy shit from trainers with an absurdly large following or bikini athletes
@kimberkatherine do you use instagram too? I see so many fake bimbos with a large following selling tons of plans just because they look good online
@jahnessagarcia I've thought about it. I made a Facebook page awhile back but it didn't get much of a following and I'm trying to run a legitimate business and help people simultaneously and it is disheartening.
@kambam I'd love to but I live in such a remote area that I have to try to cater to and reach out to larger groups because my programs are purely online because no one in my town would be interested.
thats why my SO gave up trying to train randoms and promote to them. so annoying. he'll only train actual powerlifters/athletes now 😑
You should make your own Facebook group page because I definitely would love to follow it and listen to your advice on health, fitness, meal plans, and anything else!

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

I find it pretty hilarious how people who have shown their true colors on social media snake away, delete the posts that outed them and come back on social media like nothing happened. Why do that, you outed yourself, so stay out. We still see you boo boo...
@kimberkatherine lol right 😑 tough job. don't get discouraged fuck em. I miss training 😔
