@leahsmommi, I forgot about his video games. he's pissed off at his boss, but with me he looks sad. I will definitely do it all when he comes home today. I love this man and I don't like seeing him like this.

I let him know I'm here when he's ready. Make him food. Reassure him whatever it is that we will get through it. And then let him have some time to relax. Either playing his game or a massage to relax his muscles. Kinda pamper him but if he's pissed I give food and stay clear lol I'll go shopping so he can relax at home lol

@christineg, I'd be up for drinks but we no longer drink. I try not to push it out of him. he's said a few things but it's hard to see him like this.

With mine I have to just let it run its course. But in the meantime, I make sure he knows I'm there for him. Make sure he's fed, make him a michelada 😉 and wait until he's ready to talk.

Make him his favorite meal and give him some sex. Or buy him something he's been wanting for a while. Leave him encouraging notes all around the house
