Posted earlier. I wiped him down with a wipe and it seemed to lighten up, he threw a huge fit and was really hot and it came back everywhere! Is this something I need to take him to the hospital for? Plan on giving him a bath when I get home. Is there anything else I can do?!

@vivi25, he only has it on his back belly and a little on his shoulder/ neck area. Not on legs arms or face really
but his face looks good to me he probably has a rash allergic reaction maybe? my son had it all over his body and face
my 5 yr old son had this same problem before and took him to the ER and doc said he had strep throat (scarlet fever)
Put them in loose clothes and also don't put loation on him. So there skin can breath. Also I gave my baby oat meals baths so there skin does t get dry
No fever.. 97.8@emilyd he has been acting totally fine. No other symptoms I thought it was a heat rash too. Will Benadryl do anything for a heat rash or what can I do if that's what it is? @leda.patterson32115

Aww hope it goes away soon could be an allergic reaction as long as he doesn't have any fever
