if you are high risk I would be very cautious but if you're active and always have been and are accustomed to that intensity and feel comfortable with it, then I would say you're okay. obviously I'd recommend consulting your doctor but if you are already active and have been and feel confident and comfortable, you should be okay. but again, with high risk you have to keep your health and your babies' health priority.

@novaskyy, If you are high risk just call the office and talk to them about it. That way you don't have to wait for your appointment.

My next appointment isn't until the 15th but the test is not until October 7th I know I'm consider high risk but I'm fairly active I don't see why I can't do it @kenitra @valrocks

If you're already in shape then you can do it. Maybe @kimberkatherine can give you some tips

You can still do the same level of exercise and activity that you did prior to pregnancy. I ran a 1/2 marathon at 5 Weeks pregnant (I didn't know I was pregnant though). Just run it by your OB at your first appointment.
