it's official, I'm changing my diet so I can pump more before going to work on the 19. more leafy greens, oatmeal, berries, almonds, eggs, seeds, yogurt,yams,fish, avocado, coconut oil, and lots of water and Gatorade. swapping lots of unhealthy food for healthier choices.

A quarter cow sounded like a whole lot more then it actually is. Crap. I think we need a whole cow or at least half of one ??? this will last us less then a month.
