What is this?! Thought it was a heat rash maybe but doesn't seem to be going away

Looks like eczema, my daughter has it. I brought her to the doctor and they have her on a prescription lotion

He's 16 months old and has never had it though @meghanrae

It usually starts within the first 5 years of life, so it could be eczema, but I would call his pediatrician and get it looked at just to make sure 🙂

Looks like eczema to me too - my son has it - try cetaphil for lotion and also apply hydrocortisone cream to the area - my dr also said to switch up the soap I use to something sensitive and limit bath time to 5min max

This is what my pediatrician prescribed my daughter for it. The first application made her skin 100 times better!
