I'm 1 1/2 cm dilated, what should I do to become more dilated.
Quick Story: Tuesday night went to ER cervix was closed and the doctor said it's tight and long. Yesterday went in for a weekly check up and I'm now 1 1/2 cm. Now what??? FTM

No not that i know of i cany stand ppl frowning on qt home incude techniques but yet its cool if the doctor does it anytime you induce by yourself or a doctor it can cause baby to poop but also your baby can poop as early as 32 weeks i know for a fact so either way it cqn happrn @tamesha17

My sister did castor oil with both her babys they are fine i had my first one at 32 w and she had popped already and i didnt do a ything to induce that can happen either way it goes i kno plenty of ppl who have used it and went into labor within 24 hourS of drinkin it but if ur a castor oil critic then try primrose oil its deposited into vagina and is more "socially" acceptable
castor oil can cause the baby to have a bowel movement in the womb which can make your baby very very sick or worse kill them
