When I didn't want to breastfeed anymore I just folded a paper towel onto each nipple and make sure the bra is tight. And just leave it there until you want to shower again and just repeat. They'll dry up eventually.

@naomiedgd, put cold cabbage on your boobs wrap it in an ace bandage tightly and put a sports bra on do that a couple times a day once in the morning once at night it'll take about a day to feel better but it works wonders and drains them! !

If you're not breastfeeding anymore you can put ice on them to dry them up. I heard. For some reason when I stopped my milk just dried up on its own and didn't hurt

The cure is too keep feeding they eventually stop hurting so bad.
