Will be 37 weeks on Sunday, and my cervix hasn't opened up any. Is it anything I can do or take to get it to open?

If your body isn't ready, nothing you can do can truly help dilate you. Plus, early dilation isn't an indicator of going into labor soon. I know people who have been at 1 or 2cm for weeks and nothing happened.

SEX!! mine wasn't opened at all until me and my hubby started having sex, also walking and bouncing on a yoga ball helps a lot!(:

@kpaul21, is right I have been 90% effaced and dilated to one since August 16th @kelsi_mom do lots of walking as well
