Please someone explain to me.. why when you go home after delivery they send you home and tell you that you will not be able to poop so here is some stool softer but wait here is some iron (which makes you not poop) .. like this doesn't make sense!!!!

they wanted me to have one bowel movement before I started them! eating two prunes a day on top of the stool softners has helped me too
I took two tonight because I haven't gone in like three days and when I went today... and ugh.. @daylenerebecca and the ones when I took at the hospital really didn't work..
they gave me stool softeners while I was in the hospital , it sure did work!
what!!!! the told me. prenatals, iron, stool softer and pain killers.. @mrsgower and said nothing about when to take them.. -_-
they told me not to take prenatals with iron until after I poop
Hahaha wow I never realized that now I know why I took a while to poop haha
