Evening primrose oil discharge?
I have been taking evening primrose oil orally (only orally) and I have noticed my discharge has changed to a more oily consistency, is this from the oil it's self or could it be my mucus plug (38+1)? I'm not worried about it just very curious to know what it is and if anyone else has had anything like it.
Has anyone tried evening primrose oil to start soften they cervix ? My sister did it and she had her baby this morning at 39 weeks
should I try the evening primrose oil? whats the most effective way to take it? orally or vaginally?

It's the oil! totally normal
