My contractions have been 7 min apart and 1 min long for HOURS and they are SO PAINFUL. How do I get this to progress???

Contractions just went too 5 mins apart for 30 mins and than spreads back out to about 10 mins 😩

I’m 20 weeks pregnant and I’m cramping soooo bad right now, only a min or 2 at a time but they’re coming every 5 min or so is that normal?

Contractions 10 mins apart and they last 1 min and 30 secs Doctors won’t let me go in unless they are 5 mins or less.
