The only thing about those is that if you use them on a regular they will throw off your ph and can cause infection ! If you ask your ob she or he will tell you the same use it but not on a regular . And that's in general but specially during pregnancy because you tend to be more moist and have more discharge

It's soap so it shouldn't be going so far into your vagina it gets in your cervix
