Woke up with excruciating lower back pain but not from contractions. Decided id spend the day out of bed to see if moving around would help me a bit. Went to eat breakfast with hubby, took the car to the wash to vacuum it out and get it ready for car seats tomorrow, came home to play with the dogs, cleaned the house top to bottom, started laundry, gave dogs baths, and rotated the deep freeze. Took a needed bath afterwards and relaxing on the couch now. Have to say i really don't have much back pain anymore. 🙌
