my daughter jaundice just doesnt seem to want to get better and if it doesnt drop by tomorrow shes going to get admitted to the hospital.. im so sad ive tried everything...
my boy was the same way I thought I was doing something wrong cause he hasn't pooped and my doctor also said that he wasnt constipated. I'm also breastfeeding and doing formula just when I thought the doctor was maybe wrong he ended up having a full night of good size poops. your baby is just transitioning from the black tarry looking poopsbto the normal ones and once those start coming it will definitely help with the jaundice but I would definitely try indirect sunlight for a couple minutes every now and then and hopefully you see improvement cause my son improved in a day and looked less yellow.
my month old still has jaundice at level 6.5. his Dr is sending him to a specialist to make sure his liver is working properly. but like the mommy said above me, indirect sunlight is best. take off all baby clothes off...you can take off diaper too. we've been doing 15 mins every hour since my baby has been Home. he is breastfed and formula. he is pooping. baby needs to poop in order for the jaundice to come out. don't lose hope momma. my first born had to be put under the uv lights at the hospitAl for 4 days. everything will be OK. if you need support or someone to talk things through I'm here 💞. prayers for you and baby.
@madison0916, im breast feeding and formula like the doctor said and she doesnt seem to want to poop *shes not constipated doctor checked already * she pees a lot though.. we have started the walk but it doesnt seem to help.. im just at a loss here im very sad and nervous
my son was pretty bad and I went outside for 10 minutes a couple times and he started getting better by the next day
indirect sunlight should help take her for a walk for a couple minutes a few times today and make sure she's pooping cause that's how the jaundice comes out
❤️Getting to know you❤️
Since our May group is growing strong and we have a lot of new mommies joining and sharing their bfp's...Thought it will be fun to get to know each other as we all share our pregnancy journey!
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
GENDER POST! ??????
Alright mommas for everyone whose going to be finding out gender sometime in November or later..lets get a post going and keep each other updated. And for everyone who has already found out post below what you thought you were going to have and what you are actually having! ?
IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...
For Fun
With most of us in a sleep regression or exhausted from being working moms, or just plain bored I figured it would be fun to get a little game started... so who's up for 2 truths and a lie? It's easy.. you post 3 facts about yourself, 2 true and 1 lie and when you guess you post yours here's mine:
If you have a screen on your front door put the baby in a bouncer in front of the door and let the baby sit there for about 10 mins then give the baby a break for an hour and go for a walk with the baby in a baby carrier for like 5 mins or less it should help my daughter who was 3 days old had it as well but not as bad to be admitted to the hospital oh and nothing but a diaper
