i just don't understand why people get upset with us if we don't want to celebrate a big party for our son's first birthday. we are planning just take pictures for his first birthday also as three as a family and cut a small cake for him.

I just think that throwing some big party is really for the adults. At one theyre probably going to still need naps and short attention span. lol I want to do something big when she can say "yes mommy, I want purple instead of pink" lol something she will actually enjoy.
@kreese88, see thats good 😁 @bigmommaflo really. yeah we don't have our own place right now besides hes not walking yet but who knows hes birthday is until October 14. I like our idea for right now I just hope nothing gets jeopardize.
We did that with my middle boy, cake and a small family party and dinner. I really didn't want it to big! It was perfect
