What all do I need for when I get home to care for my private/sensitive area? I know pads but what else?

They gave me a squirt bottle, epifoam, witchhazel pads, and some spray for pain. I had a episiotomy done. The squirt bottle hey provide is really all you need... When i got home I got a bottle of witch hazel and put some mixed with the water to clean better before changing pads. I was very scared of getting my stitches infected. I'd ask them for extra pads, if they have ice pads that you crack and they stay cool for 30 mins, and extra epifoam if you get stitches.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
What the hell has happened on here? What with all the drama, all I have managed to find is that someone has said somebody is lying about being pregnant wtf ...... What the hell is going on 😐

@tucker2016, yes amazing they will give u some but buy more they were my lifesavers I loaded my ice pack up with them then my undies .. I had a class 4 tear so it all hurt
