So at my son's school there is a little boy who dresses in girls clothing he's probably 8 years old in my opinion I wouldn't send my boy in girl clothing.... you know the show I am jazz I think this maybe is the same situation this boy is going through I might be wrong but then why would he be wearing girl clothing.. if it was my son I would tell him wait till he's older maybe after he's done with school.. you know how kids are and I will always be worrying about him being bullied.. if that was your child what would you do?

Girl clothes as in dresses or like the little shirts with kittens and stuff on them? Maybe its a phase.. I wouldn't want my son to go to school in girl clothes even if he felt like he's female inside but maybe thats family is a free spirit family.

I don't have anything against it but kids are just so cruel ... I haven't seen him wear dresses yesterday he was wearing wonder women shirt pink short shorts and pink and white vans @andrewsmommy

not allowing your kids to be free to a certain point affects them in the long run. him dressing in girl clothes isnt hurting anyone. now if he's trying to touch or kiss other boys.. or saying things to them that's a whole other ball game. if that were my son I would allow him to a certain extent. explain to him that not all kids understand what's going in his mind and he's going to more than likely hear comments that will get him upset. so he needs to toughen up and be ready for it...

I think I would allow my son to have the freedom to wear what he wants, I don't want him to think he has to hide any part of him to please others or so he won't get bullied.... my SO on the other hand would completely disagree with me.

there's a little girl like that where I live, can't even tell she's a girl... I tell my kids not to be mean or make her feel uncomfortable. I think a kid should be who they feel they are, I was a tomboy & still kind of to this day but not so much lol. My son went through that too because his sister would play dress up with him & he stated liking high hills & skirts, I let him express himself at home but not to school... I once let him wear the toy high hills out to return a movie & a grown man was like "oh wow what's going on here, I can't believe my eyes" witch made my son want to take them off... I explained to my son that that's why we only allow it at home & my son told me "but you told me I can be who I want" I know it's hard for kids to understand how others feel about seeing that stuff... he doesn't really do that any more & kind of forgot about it since it was a few years ago but at least I have him the opportunity to express himself... my boyfriend on the other hand will tell him straight up "your a boy!!!" witch hurts my son sometimes, my son is sensitive lol but I know he'll figure everything out, he's a smart kid but I'll always be there for him no matter what!!! I also have a few family members who are like that too so I grew up with it & I don't judge people who chose to be who they want to be.
