How's everyone coping with breast feeding? I love it but the demand is just killing me. I'm so exhausted and my baby…

yep me!! was feeding on-demand and it's exhausting. I have introduced a formula feed at around 10-11pm so she sleeps a bit better at night X then she might have another one at 6-7am X means OH can do feeds and I can sleep a bit longer before she needs the next one x

@homely.mummy.no2, i had this issue with my boy.. i introduced a formula feed like mimibear did but the demand was too much for me and i wasnt filling up quick enough for him so now hes on formula.. i miss it soo much.. im considering trying to get the flow going again and re introduce it x

I did both from day 1... no problems no nipple confusion and to be honest I've had 3 babies this one is the most chilled out.. don't put too much pressure on yourself xx

Hun I was the same Albie was feeding non stop I was so tired! So introduced one bottle s day of 4oz then trio bottles and now I still BF but he has a 5-7oz bottle every 2-3 hours and I between I feed him it never effected my supply he never got nipple confusion it took away the stress for me feeding on demand it was a nightmare when we was out and about etc I'm really glad I added in bottles I think because I done that I've BF for longer and probes will do as its not do stressful X
