hey all just a quick question... ive got stomach ache bit like period pain or trapped wind or that sort of pain... is it normal .. i used to have a dodgy tummy anyway but im just a bit worried wanna make sure haha

Yeah I had terrible gas pains in early pregnancy was that painful I cried x
