The best position to sleep is on the left side,but my baby kicks me if I lie that way,until I move to somewhere else lol.Not suppose to sleep on my back,but it's the most comfy sometimes,and the right is okay but still left is best.I have a good pregnancy pillow and a queen memory foam bed,but even with those being pregnant and trying to sleep is a struggle =/
