Any mommas have advice on cosleeping and at how many weeks you decided to make your baby sleep in their crib? Auggy turned 6 weeks today and I said I was going to put him in his own crib at 6 weeks and on but now I'm undecided if I should wait a few more weeks until he sleeps a bit longer through the night..

I waited till he started waking only once then I would put him in his crib after feeding. It was at about the 6 week mark. I was doing more bottle feeding then around 12 weeks he would only take an oz or 2 And I felt like I was forcing him so I thought that maybe he was only repositioning and not really waking to feed. Since then he's been sleeping the whole night and so have I.

@ameliask @tiffany_sanft I'm in that same boat. I was thinking I'd like to wait until he only needs to wake up to eat 1 time per night or not at all. or until he is at least 4-6 months. Who knows, I may decide to try it in the next couple of weeks but I do love having him cuddled up next to me

My daughter is 5 months and I still cosleep. We decided we're going to gradually migrate her to her crib when she starts crawling (for safety) or when she shows us she needs her own space. Whichever comes first. My daughter still wakes 1-2 times a night to nurse, so for now it's still convenient.

my son is almost 5 months and still cosleeping just because he doesn't sleep through the night and it's literally so exhausting getting up every two hours to make him comfortable in his crib. he sleeps a lot better with me so it benefits both of us. we both get sleep. lol it's so hard to uncosleep lol
