Only Dilated 1cm but have been having contractions every 2-5 mins sense 6am😬 midwife thinks she'll be here tonight🙏🏻 I'm in so much pain😭 anyone have tips for this?! Im also spotting some like it's mixed with mucus... Idk what that means though... I'm also terrified this is false labor but does false labor last 4-5hours?!?
