I have FINALLY found a position in bed that is comfy and that I can sleep in. This is what I like to call "an absolute bloody godsend"
Here's how you do it.
1) Get a pillow.. A fluffy one. Put it between ur legs.
2)Now get a v shaped pillow. Get ur neck right in the middle of the "v" ... Lay down on ur right side and cuddle it to sleep.
* a room fan and a bedside full gaviscon is also required *
Oh and don't drink any fluids after like 9pm

I find sleeping on my right side is more comfortable and I'll sleep longer too but the trouble is turning over onto my left (with severe SPD pains) to get out of bed and go to the loo 😖

Sadly my godsend pillow configuration only lasts a night or two then I'm uncomfy again. But there's nothing like going ahhhhh that's so comfy. It's rare lol. Depending how baby is lying my most comfy one is half on my tummy without knowing it

I know, I feel ur pain @sweetsesame ... Best thing is to avoid all fluids like a few hours before U go to bed and try to go before you climb into bed. I did that last night and managed to sleep through the night without having to get up once for a pee! 😃😃 xx

@suzie80, yeah I completely agree! I'm enjoying the sleep while this is still comfy. Bubs will probs decide soon enough that I've had enough sleep/comfort and do rain dances in my belly all night long 😂😂

I might just do that but I seemed to be plagued with trips to the toilet no matter what

My baby tends to sleep well through the night atm I rarely feel movement at night but omg my hip pain and bladder needing the toilet all night sucks
