I woke up early this morning with the worst toothache ever - the type that makes you feel sick and gives you head ache. I had no paracetamol in. Only the paracetamol with codeine. I read up that some pregnant women are prescribed codeine when they suffer from pgp/spd... I only took 2 as I was in that much pain. Hope to god I've not harmed the bump 😭

Yeah I got prescribed high dose codeine last time you will be fine

Oh phew @suzie80 I was panicking because my OH said I couldn't take it. Annoying too when I find my paracetamol hiding underneath my notes ! X

paracetamol and codeine got me through my Labour, took 2 codeine every night for 3 days x

It's fine seriously back in the day of my first and before it was banned I was given round the clock co proximal in my first pregnancy and my last pregnancy the hospital put me on high dose codeine for my spd all the way through and that was 2 years back

It should be fine. When I was in labour with my 1st I was given codeine

I was having to take 2 tablets 4 times a day when I was pregnant I was in that much pain! xx
