I've just fallen down the stairs not all the way only around 5 steps but should I go get checked out or just monitor movement? I've not hurt myself just worrying

When I was 28 weeks i fell down the stairs hun. Twice and both times i just rang DAU to see what i should do and they told me to go in. I have will monitor you and check you over so it is worth ringing up hun. xxx

ring them ... they say after any accident such as falling or car accident u should be checked as the jolt can move placenta so just get checked hun xxx

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Ok this may not make sense and be long but I've not said it out loud I've just thought about this..
thanks everyone for your help just rand the DAU and they told me to monitor babies movement and if it changes to ring my midwife because I'm under 28 weeks I csnt go In to be monitored x
