nope my baby is a whole 3 months......no idea maybe stress and not pumping enough who knows my breast don't even get full and hurt the way they used too
Don't be discouraged, momma. If you've had a recent change in diet or loss of sleep or extra stress, that would explain it. Definitely try to drink at least a half gallon of water! I drink over a gallon but I am a fitness trainer and always drink at least 1 gallon so it's easy for me. Dehydration could definitely dry up your supply. Maybe you need a difference size flange on your pump (they can wear out and the amount you pump can be affected) or you may need new parts for your pump. There could be all kinds of reasons but try not to stress. I just don't respond all that well to pumping so I never get more than 3 oz from both sides but I read that it's normal and baby can get much more out than a pump can. Don't give up!
Now I can tell you that it's normal for your breast not to get full and hurt anymore. It's regulated to what your baby drinks. I would just keep feeding on demand and drink water. Stop stressing girl. Well try not to anyway.
