your real contractions don't necessarily have to hurt, I was in labor for 27 hours and was sleeping, talking, and laughing through mine (I didn't have any pain meds/epidural either). just look for consistency

it is a he'll of a lot worse than a period cramp. you feel pressure in your vagina likr its going to fall out and pressure in uour butt like you have to poop. the pain makes you want to jump out a window

Consistency, if you have pains they aren't always cramps, that come and go, they are most likely contractions. Some women like myself also have tighting of the stomach with the pains or cramps, but not all women do, contractions come and go, it's not a constant pain. I hope this helps! :)

I mean I've been feeling like a lightening pain but it's radiating all through my vagina and will ache some in my stomach
