How do I know if the contractions are real? I'm having bad pains in my lower back that's going towards my front and down. If that makes any sense

I would also call your dr and see what they want you to do 35 weeks is still a little early

Try the shower and Tylenol if you can't shower lay on your left and drink lots of water.
